Anthem is the medical and prescription drug plan insurance carrier effective January 1, 2024.  The plan is a PPO with in-network and out-of-network coverage available.

Delta Dental manages our dental plan.  Use a Delta Premier or Delta Preferred network dentist to receive higher benefit coverage and no claim filing or balance bill requirements.

Principal administers our vision plan.  When you use a VSP Choice network provider, you pay discounted fees with no claim filing required.  Reimbursement for non-network services is also available.

The Company matches employee HSA contributions dollar-for-dollar up to $850 Individual or $1,700 Family annually.

Optum Bank administers the Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2023, and a new HSA administrator will take over effective January 1, 2024.
