Who is eligible to enroll in benefits?
- All regular, full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- Your legally married spouse
- Your children up to age 26
- Biological
- Legally adopted
- Foster
- Legal guardianship
- Responsible per court order
- Above age 26 if are primarily dependent upon you due to mental or physical disability
IMPORTANT: Benefit elections remain in place through December 31 unless you experience a qualifying life event and make a corresponding enrollment change within 30 days of the event. Changes after 30 days, except in limited legally allowed situations, will not be granted.
